  • There are no additives in this sake. Instead, the gorgeous rose colour is naturally produced during the fermentation process due to the use of a special yeast strain.

    This is a certified GI Yamagata sake (Geographical Indication of Yamagata prefecture).

  • Established in 1703, Yonetsuru Brewery is located in the mountainous region of Takahata, Yamagata Prefecture. Guided by the motto 'Grateful Cranes,' the brewery is dedicated to crafting sake with a spirit of gratitude and happiness.
