    "Kanadel" translates to "to play" in the music world. At Obata Brewery's Gakkogura, every sake crafted is bestowed with the name "Kanadel," reflecting the brewery's commitment to making sake in harmony with Sado Island. Embracing sustainable practices and utilising local ingredients, each sake is created with the goal of playing or brewing in perfect accord with its surroundings.
