The project also highlights selections from small Japanese craft breweries, showcasing their exceptional craftsmanship.

    One standout from the ESSENCE 5 collection is Yamazaru Aged Sake 2019, created in collaboration with Nagayama Sake Brewery located in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. This is a sake that stands the test of time thanks to its carefully controlled ageing. Each year, only a very limited quantity can be produced.
